What Iteko Documents

Iteko may document:

What Iteko Does Not Collect

Iteko does not collect, store, or manage:

If an engagement reaches a stage where restricted information must be transferred, Iteko will provide a separate authorized process for that purpose. Public forms and general inquiry channels are not that channel.

Security and Access Boundary

The Iteko Digital Vault is a documentation access layer. It is not a home security system, emergency response system, property management platform, or legal record repository.

Vault access is limited to authorized users designated by the principal. Iteko maintains the continuity record, but the client remains responsible for the accuracy of vendor, contact, and household information provided during intake.

Iteko forms are not monitored for emergencies. For urgent, time-sensitive, or active property matters, contact the appropriate emergency service, estate manager, security provider, or household contact directly.

Why This Boundary Exists

Iteko's privacy boundary is intentional. The purpose of the system is to preserve operational clarity without becoming a custodian of sensitive personal, financial, legal, medical, or security information.

The residence record is designed to be useful to household staff, estate managers, family members, and authorized stewards. That utility depends on keeping the system clean, bounded, and free of information that carries its own risk profile.

This page describes Iteko Home's operating practices and is not a legally binding privacy policy. For questions about Iteko's data boundary, contact support@itekogroup.com. For matters requiring formal privacy terms or data processing agreements, please consult appropriate legal counsel.
