Iteko organizes and presents builder-approved information. It does not administer warranties, supervise repairs, manage vendors, inspect construction, verify technical facts in person, or replace the builder's customer-care team.

  • Safety-critical information is provided and verified by the builder's authorized representative, never assumed, never inferred.
  • Iteko never stores passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, alarm or gate codes, safe combinations, security layouts, financial information, or government identification.
  • Owner access uses secure email-code sign-in for named individuals. No app. No shared passwords.
  • Source records remain the property of the builder and the homeowner, with export available at any time.
  • No data resale. No advertising use. Ever.
