The Alder Residence is based on a real, permissioned residence documented through the Iteko remote workflow. Names, address, vendors, and identifying details have been fictionalized to demonstrate the handover standard while preserving privacy. This public sample requires no sign-in because it contains no real information. Actual client handovers are private and use secure email-code access for named individuals.
All locations in this section were provided and verified by the builder's authorized representative during the final walkthrough. Iteko presents verified information only; it does not infer or assume the location of any control.
Each profile pairs a photograph of the installed equipment with its extracted record. Every extracted model, serial, and date is checked against its source document before publication.
Summary for convenience. The governing warranty document controls. Every summary in this section links to its source document, and dates are verified against those documents before publication.
The full record lists every approved trade with service context. Vendor entries are provided or approved by the builder; the owner always knows who the builder trusts with this home.
In the demonstration, library contents are listed but not downloadable. In a client handover, every document opens directly.
Iteko's own contact appears once, for access and record updates only. Operational questions route to the builder and the approved trades. By design.
Where credentials live and how to change them is documented. The credentials themselves never are. Read the full Privacy & Data Boundary.
