The Digital Handover is the living record. The Archive Edition preserves the residence as it stood on the day it was delivered. Build photography, system plates, the warranty map, and the approved vendor directory are bound to archival standards and finished under the builder's mark.

Estate Edition

For estate-scale residences: a two-volume set separating the residence portrait and record of spaces from the systems, warranty, and vendor archive, each bound and cased to the same archival standard.

Offered at Digital Handover engagement and again at builder approval. Production begins only after the digital master is approved; the builder approves a design proof before binding.

02Owner Handover Access Card

The digital record, one scan away.

Each handover includes a printed Owner Handover Access Card featuring your brand, the residence reference, and a QR code that leads to secure sign-in for named individuals. No password is printed, because no password exists to print.
