Iteko Home

Privacy & Data Boundary

Iteko Home is a residence documentation company. Our public forms exist to collect operational context for the purpose of reviewing an engagement, processing a record update, or receiving a residence profile. Nothing more.

This page describes what we request, what we do not request, and how submitted information is handled. It is not a substitute for attorney-reviewed privacy terms.

What We Request

Our forms ask for operational context only — your name, contact information, residence type, relationship to the property, and general scope. This is the minimum needed to understand whether an engagement makes sense and to begin the documentation process.

Forms are reviewed personally. Submissions are not processed automatically or routed through a queue.

What We Do Not Request — And Ask That You Not Submit

Do not submit the following through any public form or general inquiry channel:

If an engagement reaches a stage where restricted information must be transferred, Iteko will provide a separate authorized process for that purpose. Public forms are not that channel.

Forms Are Not Monitored for Emergencies

Iteko Home forms are not monitored for urgent, emergency, or time-sensitive matters. Submitting a form is not a method of reaching anyone in real time.

Emergency, security, urgent repair, or active property matters should go directly to the appropriate emergency service, your security provider, estate manager, household contact, or relevant vendor. Do not use these forms for urgent situations.

How Submissions Are Handled

Form submissions are received by Iteko Home staff and reviewed in the ordinary course of business. We do not sell, share, or distribute submitted information to third parties. Submissions are retained only as long as needed to manage an active engagement or inquiry.

Questions about a specific submission may be directed to support@itekohome.com.
