Privacy & Data Boundary

Iteko produces owner handovers from information that builders provide and verify. The boundary below is part of the service design: it defines who supplies each kind of information, who is responsible for its accuracy, what Iteko will never hold, and what happens to the record over time.

Boundary diagram: builder-provided records flow into the Iteko-organized handover, which flows to builder-approved owner access. Credentials, security-sensitive information, and unrelated personal data are excluded throughout.

The Builder Provides

  • Closeout documents
  • Manuals
  • Warranties
  • Approved vendor information
  • Project photography
  • System records
  • Support-routing information

The Builder Verifies

  • Shut-off locations
  • Electrical, gas, and water information
  • Safety-critical locations
  • Site-specific facts
  • Installed system information
  • Warranty-routing details
  • Final published content, by signed approval

Iteko Organizes

  • Residence overview
  • Emergency locator
  • Systems directory
  • Warranty map
  • Approved vendor directory
  • Document library
  • Owner-facing copy
  • Digital presentation

Iteko Never Stores

  • Passwords
  • Wi-Fi credentials
  • Alarm, gate, or door codes
  • Safe combinations
  • Sensitive security layouts
  • Camera positions
  • Financial information
  • Government identification
  • Unnecessary homeowner personal information

Safety-critical information in every Iteko handover is provided and verified by the builder's authorized representative. Iteko organizes and presents builder-approved information; it does not verify technical facts in person, and it never publishes assumptions.

How Owners Access the Handover

Email-code sign-in, for named individuals. Owners access their handover through a secure email-code (magic-link) sign-in. There is no app to download and no password to remember or share. Each authorized person is named individually.

When an Engagement Ends

Iteko is not an indefinite custodian of residence data. When Continuity lapses or is cancelled, a defined transition applies:

Iteko forms and inboxes are not monitored for urgent or active property matters. For urgent issues, contact the appropriate emergency service, the builder, or the relevant vendor directly.

This page describes Iteko Home's operating boundary and service design. It is not a substitute for the Client Agreement, data-processing terms, or a formal privacy policy, which govern each engagement. For questions about Iteko's data boundary, contact support@itekogroup.com.
