Iteko produces owner handovers from information that builders provide and verify. The
boundary below is part of the service design: it defines who supplies each kind of
information, who is responsible for its accuracy, what Iteko will never hold, and what
happens to the record over time.

Safety-critical information in every Iteko handover is provided and verified by the builder's
authorized representative. Iteko organizes and presents builder-approved information; it does
not verify technical facts in person, and it never publishes assumptions.
How Owners Access the Handover
Email-code sign-in, for named individuals. Owners access their handover
through a secure email-code (magic-link) sign-in. There is no app to download and no
password to remember or share. Each authorized person is named individually.
Access is granted per person, never as a shared credential.
Any individual's access can be revoked without affecting others.
At resale, access is formally transferred: prior personal references are removed, access is reset, and the new owner is welcomed into the record.
QR access cards lead to the sign-in page, never directly into content.
Ownership, Export, and Use
The source records belong to the builder and the homeowner. Iteko holds working copies to produce and maintain the handover; originals are never surrendered.
Export is always available. A complete export, including organized files and a rendered copy of the handover, may be requested at any time.
No data resale. No advertising use. Residence information is used solely to produce and maintain the engaged services.
When an Engagement Ends
Iteko is not an indefinite custodian of residence data. When Continuity lapses or is
cancelled, a defined transition applies:
A 60-day transition window begins with written notice.
A complete export is delivered during the transition window.
Iteko-hosted copies are securely deleted within 90 days of lapse, with confirmation available on request.
Iteko retains only the minimal records required for contractual and tax purposes.
Iteko forms and inboxes are not monitored for urgent or active property matters. For urgent
issues, contact the appropriate emergency service, the builder, or the relevant vendor directly.
