Iteko Digital Handover · From $8,500 Per Residence

Your closeout files, finished for the owner.

A significant residence is delivered. Its operating knowledge is not. Iteko turns the material your project already produced: manuals, warranties, vendor records, photographs, and verified site details, into a private, builder-branded owner handover the buyer can actually use.

This is not a construction failure. It is a handover gap, and closing it is a production problem, not a software problem.

01The Process

Six steps. Your team's effort is deliberately minimal and carefully measured.

1 Builder Upload. You send existing closeout files as they are. Folders, PDFs, photos, spreadsheets. No organizing asked of your team.
2 Structured Collection. Iteko identifies gaps and collects approved information through short, guided forms for your office and your trades.
3 Builder Verification. Your designated representative provides and verifies all safety-critical and site-specific facts: shut-off locations, panel details, installed systems. Iteko does not perform site inspections and does not verify technical facts in person.
4 Iteko Production. Iteko organizes, writes, structures, and prepares the finished handover under your brand.
5 Builder Approval. Nothing is published until your authorized representative reviews and signs off on the final version.
6 Owner Delivery. The owner receives secure digital access and a printed access card. If selected, the Archive Edition is presented at the closing table.
